Our Commitment to Sourcing

At Zest Restaurant Group, we believe the best dining starts with the best ingredients. That’s why we’ve invested in local farming and fishing – bringing fresh, responsibly raised, and sustainably caught food straight to our restaurants and our guests.

Cape May Farmstand

Our Cape May farmstand celebrates the flavors of each season. From fresh-picked produce to herbs and flowers, what grows here makes its way into our restaurants — from cocktail garnishes to vegetables featured in daily specials. The farm is also home to our pasture-raised chickens, whose eggs supply our kitchens year-round. Guests can shop the farmstand directly for the same quality ingredients we serve on the plate.

Woodstown Farm

In Woodstown, NJ, we’re expanding our roots with a focus on raising cattle for premium cuts. The goal: to supply our restaurants with high-quality, responsibly raised beef straight from our own land. This farm reflects our dedication to knowing where our food comes from – and ensuring it’s produced with care.

Cape May Fishing

The waters off Cape May are some of the most abundant on the East Coast. To honor that tradition, we’ve invested in a commercial fishing business, focused on wild-caught sea bass and hope to expand to other local species. While we’re still building this operation, it represents our long-term commitment to sourcing seafood directly from our docks to your table.
